Wilderness First Responder course January 4th to 11th Junction TX (Texas Tech Facility)
The course is $1000.00 for the WFR, CPR, and AED certifications. Lodging and food are extra. There is lodging and food at the facility.
SOLO Wilderness First Responder (WFR) courses are the recognized industry standard for backcountry trip leaders, camp counselors, river guides, ski patrollers, and students in outdoor recreation programs. The WFR is an eight to nine-day comprehensive course that covers the standards of backcountry medicine. Students will gain knowledge, skills, and confidence in areas including musculoskeletal injuries, soft tissue injuries, environmental emergencies, survival skills, and other medical emergencies. SOLO WFR courses place an emphasis on leadership, prevention, and decision-making, giving you the tools to make critical decisions 
in remote wilderness locations. Skills are gained in traditional classroom sessions as well as through participation in practical skills scenarios.
Wilderness First Responder is a three-year certification. This course includes CPR.

• SOLO CPR Certification – we follow the guidelines of the American Heart Association.
Refund Policy:
- If you cancel 2 weeks before your trip date 50% of the amount is refunded.
- If you cancel 1 week before your trip there will be NO refund and you forfeit the full amount.
- If we cancel you receive your refund minus a credit card service fee of $15.00.
